Ever
since 50 years ago, when founded by the Society of Jesus,
the educational activity of the Universidad del Salvador (USAL)
has been led by a humanistic and Christian conception that
favours the education of people who support and are opened
to the dialogue between science and faith. The wide educational
offer of the USAL combines its vast experience with an advanced
curricula that covers the most updated didactic-methodological
principles for teaching in class and before becoming professionals.
More
than 16,000 students are studying at present at the USAL -almost
14,000 students in graduate courses, more than 2,000 in postgraduate
ones and around 200 foreign students- in its 70 graduate courses
(link) and 75 postgraduate ones (link). The academic staff
is composed by more than 2,500 professors and researchers.
